Yesterday I took a drive around Hideout Canyon to see how the development was shaping up as we enter the first week of May.
Spring is a particularly beautiful time of year at Hideout Canyon as the temperatures start warming to the 60's and 70's with sunny days galore. Yesterday was no exception as low 70's and shirt sleeves were the order of the day. It will still be a few weeks before all the trees are leafed out in their summer greenery but the views over the lake with the still largely snow-covered peaks of Timpanogos and Deer Valley in the distance will take your breath away every time.
A number of homes are currently under construction at Hideout Canyon and as the weather continues to warm some of the many homes currently in Design Review will begin construction as well.
The Outlaw 9 hole Challenge golf course is greening up nicely and will soon be open as well providing a fun, challenging and scenic golf experience for the whole family with some of the best views you will find anywhere in the world. Get ready to lose track of your score as your mind wanders to what your next view will be in this amazing mountain setting.
